The Credit Applicant(s) understand(s) and agree(s) to the following terms and conditions:

Terms are prepayment unless approved by Imperial credit department.
All disputes on billing and/or product must be reported to a representative of Imperial credit department within 30 days of the receipt of the invoice.
Failure to comply with the credit terms and conditions may result in cancellation of credit privileges without notice.
Applicant(s) understand(s) and agree(s) Applicant shall be held responsible for all actual collection fees and costs, all actual litigation costs, and all actual attorney’s fees in connection with the collection or litigation of any actual delinquent amount owed by Applicant(s) to Seller, where allowed by law.
Conditions for freight shall be F.O.B. Seller’s dock(s) unless otherwise noted and approved by seller.

By signing below, the Applicant(s) certify that the information provided on this credit application is correct, accurate and complete. Applicant(s) understand(s) the seller will rely on this information for the extension of credit, and that the Seller is authorized to run any credit reports as may be required to extend credit to the applicant.
