The new product catalog debuted for Imperial sales representatives last week, and an impressive range of new headwear, custom logo lifestyle products, and innovative decoration techniques were unveiled.


“Imperial is becoming more than just a headwear brand for my retail business,” said Bob Ford, Head Golf Professional and General Manager at Seminole Golf Club in Juno Beach, Florida. “They are now providing quality products, such as T-shirts and neck gaiters in addition to their amazing headwear line, that sell through at great margins.”


The 2021 Collection from Imperial continues to build on the brand’s growing selection of headwear and lifestyle accessories. Overall, 28 new products were added to the line this year, in addition to dozens of new color options for their best sellers.


Perhaps the most exciting announcement from Imperial is an immediate addition of a brand new “Micro Patch” to the Company’s low minimum, quick-turnaround, domestic decoration program. The “Micro Patch” is a small, free form embroidered applique applied with heat that cleanly delivers a tremendous amount of logo detail in tiny space. The new decoration represents an array of beautiful custom logo applications, and it looks amazing on cotton hats as well as performance styles.

Other notable highlights of Imperial’s 2021 offering include:


  • Mile High Fit

The new ‘Mile High Fit’ from Imperial (pictured here featuring the new laser etched leather patch) is a completely new headwear silhouette that is stylishly deeper and more structured than anything else in the current line. This modern look is offered in three new caps: The Bronson (S1300), The Humblebrag (S1301), and The Kathmandu (S1302).

  • Neck Gaiters

A new product category, multi-use custom neck gaiters, are now offered by Imperial in a brand new import program available for immediate ordering. Made from lightweight performance fabric, these multi-use neck gaiters are moisture wicking and UPF 50+. They come in a choice of solid color with one custom heat seal logo, or a step-and-repeat all over sublimated pattern also with one heat sealed logo. The gaiters also ship in a polybag with header cards for convenient retail display.

  • Transfusion Long Sleeve Hooded T-shirt

Imperial’s buttery soft ‘Transfusion’ tri-blend T-shirt fabric has been a best seller for several seasons, and now it is available in a long sleeve hooded version. The unisex garment comes in XS through XXL and is offered exclusively with direct to garment custom prints.

  • Laser Etched Faux Leather Patches

A new laser etched faux leather patch was launched for at once ordering. The leather patches can be laser etched and are also available in custom shapes as well as letters and numbers.


  • Reflective Patches

Stylish and sporty, the new reflective patch is now available through Imperial’s Empire Program. It looks great on many of the new performance styles launching this coming season, including the ‘Imperial IMP5’ style with reflective print pattern side panels.

  • Hat Caddie

Imperial recently unveiled an all new travel-friendly ‘Carry Collection’. The newest addition to that collection is a lightweight, hard shell ‘Hat Caddie’ that is designed to protect and store approximately six of your favorite Imperial caps and visors. The carry case is offered with one custom 3D Insignia logo on the front.
